The Bistro Roca Restaurant in Blowing Rock NC features the only wood fired oven in the North Carolina High Country, created from bricks recovered from the landmark Antler’s Bar. Bistro Roca Restaurant provides American Bistro fare, including unique salads, sandwiches and appetizers, homemade desserts and inspiring entrees. Specializing in hand tossed, wood-fired, Neapolitan style pizzas and French influenced comfort food, Bistro Roca has been serving the North Carolina High Country since 2004. Utilizing local farms around the Blowing Rock NC area for meats, cheeses and produce, Bistro Roca is supportive of the slow foods movement and offers a variety of vegetarian cuisine. Our restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but serves Lunch and Dinner Wednesday through Monday with a Sunday Brunch menu.
