To our beloved Blowing Rock community and friends near and far,
Our hearts are heavy as we navigate the loss of our historic building to the recent fire. While the walls that held nearly a century of memories are gone, the spirit of Bistro Roca remains as strong as ever because of you. We are profoundly moved by the overwhelming outpouring of love and support we’ve received - thank you for standing by us when we needed it most.
We are committed to rebuilding and hope to welcome you back to our new home in 2027. In the meantime, the Bistro Roca experience isn't going away; it's just moving down the street.
Bringing Our Families Together
To support our team and keep our culinary spirit alive, we are integrating the Bistro Roca staff and your favorite entrees into our sister property, Hellbender Bed & Beverage.
Starting February 16, Hellbender will close temporarily for renovations to help integrate Bistro Roca into Hellbenders for a limited time while we rebuild.
In March 2026, we will reopen as a combined venue, blending the storied legacy of Bistro Roca with the signature hospitality of Hellbender Bed & Beverage.
